Hi! My name is Nicole, also known as belle of the parks.

I am so excited to start this journey of Disney blogging!

You may know me from my instagram page @belleoftheparks or you may be here for the first time. Either way, I am thrilled that you are here and can't wait to connect with you over the happiest place on earth!

For my first post, I wanted to start with an introduction and tell you about myself and how I became Disney #obsessed :)

I'm a college student from Nashville, TN and when I'm not studying or reading for fun (I'm a Publishing major/actually Belle), I'm dreaming of Disney or planning my next Disney vacation! Even here at college, I try to incorporate Disney as much I can. Disney is always my topic of choice for class projects, whether that be for making a blog for my social media class, a group project of an almost 50 page public relations audit of the company (presentation with all group members wearing Mickey ears included), or informative speech! (Check out my first place speech "Disney World for the Kid at Heart" here :)

First Trip to Disney

I went to Disney World for the very first time when I was about 5 years old (see pictures below for baby belle of the parks). It was the first of many, many family vacations to Disney World.

Here are some snapshots of some of our trips through the years:

Family Bond

Ever since that first trip, Disney has always been the place we return to. There's (clearly) just something so magical about the place! As you can maybe tell from these pictures, my family is super close. We've only ever been to Disney together as a family! It's our tradition to go every year now. Even as we are all adults, now busy with college and jobs, Disney is the place we come back to to relive our childhood memories and make new ones every year! We have so much fun planning each trip together and getting away to the happiest place on earth.

Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. -Lilo & Stitch
